Public Offer (Sales Agreement)
This document is the official public offer of LLC "Fabrika Ukrainskikh Konstruktsiy" (hereinafter — the Seller), published on the website https://fabrika-ukrainskie-konstrukcii.com.ua. It regulates the procedure for purchasing goods through the online store and sets out the main terms of sale.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This offer is a public proposal to conclude a sales agreement under the conditions set out in this document.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is considered to be the placement of an order on the website or other confirmation of the intention to purchase goods.
1.3. An order placed by the Buyer confirms their agreement with the terms of this agreement.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller undertakes to:

Provide accurate information about the goods;

Deliver the ordered goods within the agreed terms;

In case of manufacturing defects — replace the product or refund the money.
The Buyer undertakes to:

Provide accurate contact and payment information;

Pay for the goods in accordance with the chosen payment method;

Check the goods upon receipt.
3. Order Placement
3.1. Orders are placed through the website or by phone.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information (full name, delivery address, phone number, etc.).
3.3. The Seller has the right to clarify order details through direct communication.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices on the website are in UAH and include VAT (if applicable).
4.2. Payment can be made by prepayment, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
4.3. In case of cash on delivery, the Buyer pays an additional fee charged by the delivery service.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by carriers (Nova Poshta, Delivery, etc.).
5.2. Delivery conditions, cost, and terms are agreed upon when placing the order.
5.3. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. If defects are found — a damage report must be drawn up at the carrier's branch.
6. Return and Exchange of Goods
6.1. Return of goods of proper quality
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, provided that:

the goods were not used;

the product's appearance, packaging, labels, and seals are preserved;

there is a payment document (receipt or invoice).
6.2. Goods not subject to return or exchange:

Custom-made items;
-
Building structures that have been mounted or used;
-
Other goods listed in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172.
6.3. Return of goods of improper quality: If a defect or inconsistency is found, the buyer has the right to:

a free replacement;
-
a refund;
-
defect correction at the Seller's expense.
6.4. Return procedure:

The Buyer contacts the manager;
-
Receives instructions and a return form;
-
Sends the goods to the Seller's address.
6.5. Refund timeline:
-
Funds are returned within 7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase;
-
Shipping costs are refunded only in case of a manufacturing defect.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
7.2. Data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and is not disclosed to third parties without the Buyer's consent (except for logistics purposes).
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation.
8.2. If no agreement is reached — the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
