How to place an order:

Shipping methods:

1. Nova Poshta (to a branch or home address):

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days;

• Small parcels: from UAH 45–60 depending on size/weight;

• Parcels are held at the branch for 5 days;

• Please notify us if you need more time to collect the parcel.

2. Ukrposhta:

• For textile and small-size goods;

• Delivery to the branch or door;

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days;

• Not all product categories are available for Ukrposhta — contact us for details.

3. Carriers “SAT”, “Delivery”, “Mist Express”:

• Used for large items such as hanging chairs or garden furniture;

• Door-to-door delivery across Ukraine;

• Approximate shipping costs:

  • Single hanging chair: UAH 600–1300;

  • Large-size chair: UAH 900–1600;

  • Garden furniture: as per carrier's tariffs (depending on city).

Payment methods:

• Cash on delivery (COD):

  • Available for all types of products;

  • Pay at the Nova Poshta branch or upon home delivery;

  • Carrier commission: 2% + UAH 20 (according to Nova Poshta’s rates).

• Bank transfer:

  • Payment by invoice through any Ukrainian bank (details provided after order confirmation);

  • Available through Monobank, Privat24, LiqPay, etc.

• Prepayment:

  • Required for custom-made or personalized orders;

  • Details shared after order confirmation.

Additional info:

• Parcels are dispatched every day except Sunday;

• All products are inspected before shipment;

• Gift wrapping and delivery to a recipient can be arranged upon request;
