Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a comfortable service experience. Below are the return and exchange rules in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Conditions for Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• the item has not been used;

• the original appearance, consumer properties, factory packaging, labels, and seals (if present) are preserved;

• a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is available.

Goods That Are Not Subject to Return or Exchange:

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the following goods are not subject to return or exchange:

• Goods made to individual order or non-standard sizes as per the customer’s request;

• Building materials and structures that have lost their appearance after installation.

List of non-returnable goods of proper quality includes:

• Food products, medicines, and hygiene items;

Non-food items:

• Sewn and knitted garments

• Photographic films, plates, photographic paper

• Corset items

• Perfume and cosmetic products

• Down and feather products

• Soft toys

• Inflatable rubber toys

• Toothbrushes

• Mouthpieces

• Shaving devices

• Shaving brushes

• Combs and massage brushes

• Mutes (for wind instruments)

• Violin chin rests

• Gloves

• Fabrics

• Lace and curtain materials

• Carpeting by the meter

• Underwear

• Bedding

• Hosiery products

• Goods in aerosol packaging

• Printed materials

• Rolled and sheet metal, pipes, lumber, moldings (baseboards, trims), sheet materials (fiberboard, chipboard, plywood), and glass cut to customer-specified size

• Audio/video cassettes, laser reading discs with recording

• Products made of natural or artificial hair (wigs)

• Baby items (diapers, bottles, pacifiers, etc.)

• Manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.)

• Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organic gemstones, and semi-precious stones

Return/Exchange Procedure:

1. Contact our manager by phone or email to agree on the details.

2. Prepare the item for return: it must be in its original condition and undamaged.

3. Fill out the return request form (the manager will provide it).

4. Send the item to the address agreed upon with the manager.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as was used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

• Shipping costs for the return of goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer.

• If the goods are defective (manufacturing defect), the return shipping cost is reimbursed by the Seller.
